The World’s First Bentley-Branded Luxury Residences
Dezer Development and Bentley Motors have partnered up to develop Bentley Residences, the first Bentley-branded luxury residential tower in the world. Bentley Residences, designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects, will include an in-unit multi-car garage, private balcony of up to 1,800 square feet of outdoor space with pool, sauna, and outdoor shower, and several building amenities, including a gym, spa, cinema, private restaurant and lounge, and much more. The building’s design will translate Bentley’s luxury design on the inside and out, with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
